Short-Term Mission Teams 2025 

His last command, is our first concern! Yes, the last command of Jesus was to take the gospel to every part of the world so everyone would hear about God's plan of salvation through Jesus Christ. One of the ways we fulfill His command is by sending short-term mission teams around the world.

You must be a regular attender or member of a HeartLink Network church to apply. Special exceptions must be approved by the Apostolic Council of HeartLink Network.

SOUTH EAST ASIA
  • ​Travel Dates: October 19 - 31, 2025

  • Required Training Date: August 9, 2025; 9am - 1pm (Eastern)
Mission Description: ​Your primary assignment is to bless, encourage, and support HeartLink's missionary family who are working in a country where evangelism and discipleship are restricted by government policies. However, through creative marketplace initiatives, our missionary family are able to present Jesus to others.​

Team member requirements
  • You have a personal relationship with Jesus.
  • You are an active member in your home church.
  • You are 18 years of age or older.
  • You have a valid passport or will apply for one.
  • You will attend the pre-trip training day.

BIG CREEK MISSIONS-(CLOSED)

Mission Description: ​This team is for ALL youth group members and adult leaders/chaperones. You will be serving with Big Creek Missions in Bear Branch, Kentucky, an Appalachian community. Team members will be involved in light construction projects, community services, and children’s ministry.     ** Limited to 50 teens/adults​​
​Team member eligibility:
  • Students currently in 6th - 12th grade for school year 2024-2025
  • Youth group leader
  • Parent or adult chaperone

TRINIDAD (CLOSED)
  • ​Travel Dates: August 2 - 12, 2025

  • Required Training: TBA (training dates will be determined in cooperation with team members after registration deadline)

​Mission Description: ​Your primary mission will be to help prepare HeartLink's Global Impact Discipleship Center for the arrival of the first group of students in September 2025. This will involve some heavy lifting of supplies, furniture, and appliances, and carrying them up to the second floor of the building. Pastor Dale and Kathy Bentch, Global Impact directors, will be on-site giving direction. The team will also have opportunities to connect with and participate in activities at HeartLink's two partner churches in Trinidad.
